Reclaimers
At some of the job sites a reclaimer is used to inject and mix BaseBind-X directly into the road. This integration method ensures the product is evenly incorporated within the road, delivering long-lasting stabilization.
Motor Graders / Blades
A motor grader, blade or maintainer, is a more commonly accessible tool for most dirt road projects. Before starting the stabilization process, you can use scarifying teeth to rip into the road surface, creating deep scarification. This scarifying step opens the road, making it more receptive to water and BaseBind-X. It can then be used to go back over and mix the product into the road and prepare it for compaction.
Disc Harrows and Cultivators
A disc can be attached behind a tractor to help thoroughly blend BaseBind-X into the road after it has been applied into the loosened surface.
Water Truck/Sprayer

We can apply BaseBind-X with our own trucks that can be dialed in to the specified application rate, or you can do it yourself, on your schedule, with your water truck. We offer flexible delivery options for this step.

The final step is compacting the road. Options range from using a pneumatic and/or steel rollers all the way down to letting the public traffic compact it. Compaction is vital to the success of BaseBind-X no matter how you accomplish it.
